I’m Kyle Bronson Gere, a commercial cannabis real estate broker with over a decade of hands-on experience in one of the most regulated and fast-paced industries in the country. Since 2015, I’ve worked across countless medical and recreational markets, helping operators secure compliant commercial locations—ranging from cultivation and manufacturing facilities to distribution hubs and retail storefronts.

My background spans major MSOs to small ma-and-pa operators, pub co.'s traded on the OTCQB, as well as landlords and investors seeking to understand the opportunity within cannabis-zoned properties. With each client, my goal is the same: deliver clear, informative, decision making information, strategic guidance, and a smooth transaction.

Today, through Bronson Real Estate, I provide nationwide representation, advisory services, and investment guidance for both operators and property owners navigating the complexities of cannabis and commercial real estate.
