Worked with local Operator The Bloc Dispensary on a long term lease for a cannabis dispensary in 2024. Successful Long - Term Lease signed. Unfortunately, a high speed pursuit ended in a fatal car crash. The corner property was ran into by the vehicle, totalling the building, being deemed demised by the City and Demolished by the City of Chicago. Tenant is still looking to open with a new build in 2026.
