Worked with Cannabis Dispensary Operators to secure this location under contingent purchase agreement. The Ohio Division of Cannabis Control Program in 2024 began licensing focused on a two-phase process for existing medical marijuana businesses to acquire dual-use and new adult-use licenses, with an upcoming social equity program. Applications for initial licenses were released on June 7, 2024, and the first dispensaries began non-medical sales on August 6, 2024.  Dispensary Opening 2026
